Transition Health Benefits BBB Business Review

Important Note after Open Enrollment:

In the event that you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) - you move, get married, have a baby, adopt, change jobs, or lose coverage - you will have an opportunity to explore and enroll in a new plan at that time. Simply contact us for help getting started. If you do not qualify for an SEP but are still in need of coverage ask us about Short Term Insurance or Health Sharing Plan options as they are available at any time during the year. If confused call or text our office: 262-784-7344.

Why you might want to review your policy?

Choosing the right healthcare policy for you and your family can be very confusing. This year, many healthcare policies will offer very different coverage in 2025 than in 2024.  In addition, the cost of insurance may be increasing. Fortunately, Transition Health Benefits makes switching policies simple.

Preparing for Open Enrollment

To prepare for Open Enrollment think about how you used your insurance plan this year and how that may change in the year ahead.  Take into account any plan design changes your insurance carrier may have implemented. Consider too, if there have been any changes to the provider networks that your insurance company uses.  This can impact your costs both in terms of the monthly premium and also your potential out of pocket costs. Click Here to review documents of what you need to help prepare & get quotes from our office.

There are really no special documents required for Open Enrollment. But keep in mind, if you and your family are eligible for a tax credit/subsidy, you will need to know what your Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) will be for the upcoming year. The Marketplace (Healthcare.gov) may require proof of income noted during the application process.
